Job description

Provides end user support to internal staff
Resolving hardware and software problems
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications,
Operating systems, and drivers on various devices
Manage Office 365 accounts, troubleshoot email and collaboration tool issues,
Perform regular system updates, patches, and antivirus scans to ensure security and performance

Requirements

Robert Half is working with a client in Dallas that needs a contract to permanent Desktop Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with end user support including software and hardware., * Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or in a similar technical support role

Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Active Directory
Operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
Strong proficiency in setting up and imaging desktops, laptops

Hardware troubleshooting
