Job description

KOCH FOODS is hiring a Data Capture Palletizer to support our poultry manufacturing operations. In this role, you will safely operate palletizing and walkie rider equipment to move, stack, and wrap product. You’ll capture accurate production and inventory data using scanners or systems, verify labels, and prepare loads for shipment. Working in a cold, fast-paced environment, you will follow strict safety, food safety, and quality procedures while collaborating with production and shipping teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy in daily operations., * Operate palletizer and walkie rider/pallet jack to move, stack, and wrap poultry products safely

  • Capture accurate production and inventory data using scanners or data entry systems
  • Verify product labels, counts, and documentation for pallets and shipments
  • Prepare finished pallets for staging, storage, or outbound loading according to schedules
  • Follow all safety, food safety, and GMP guidelines in a cold manufacturing environment
  • Inspect equipment before use and report issues or maintenance needs promptly
  • Coordinate with production and shipping teams to maintain workflow and minimize downtime
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Assist with inventory checks, counts, and reconciliation as needed
  • Support continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.
