Job description

Boston Children’s Hospital seeks an IT Epic Analyst II specializing in Radiant Radiology to support and optimize our Epic imaging workflows. In this role, you will configure, test, and maintain Epic Radiant modules; gather and translate clinical and operational requirements; and partner with radiology, imaging, and IT teams to improve efficiency, quality, and patient safety. Responsibilities include build and integration work, troubleshooting, implementing upgrades, supporting go-lives, creating documentation, training users, and ensuring data integrity in a mission-driven pediatric environment., * Configure, build, and maintain Epic Radiant Radiology modules and related workflows

  • Gather, analyze, and translate clinical and operational requirements into system design
  • Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance for new builds and changes
  • Support upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations for Epic Radiant
  • Troubleshoot application and workflow issues, providing timely resolution and escalation
  • Collaborate with radiology, imaging, and cross-functional IT teams on optimization projects
  • Develop and maintain technical and end-user documentation for Epic Radiant workflows
  • Provide end-user training and go-live support for new functionality and enhancements
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Epic imaging solutions
  • Participate in on-call rotation and change management processes as required
