IT Workplace Project Manager

Spain (Remote) Join our team as an IT Workplace Project Manager!We are looking for an experienced professional to lead workplace technology projects, coordinate IT services, and drive initiatives that enhance the end-user experience across the organization.Key Responsibilities Lead IT Workplace projects from planning through successful delivery.Coordinate Workplace Services and act as a key contact for operational topics.Manage service escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including forecasting, reporting, and planning.Conduct service reviews and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workplace operations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors in an international environment.Support the adoption of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices.What We’re Looking For ? Experience managing IT Workplace Services or End User Computing (EUC) environments.? Proven experience leading IT Infrastructure or Workplace Technology Projects .? Strong knowledge of: IT Service Management (ITSM) ITIL Framework Asset Management Service Delivery Workplace Operations ? Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.? Professional proficiency in English .?
