Our client is a global industry leader undergoing a major AI-driven transformation.As part of its Global AI strategy, the company is investing in enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate business transformation, improve decision-making and unlock value across the organization.Joining the Global AI team means becoming part of a strategic function focused on delivering scalable, production-ready AI solutions with real business impactAbout the RoleAs an AI Engineer, you will join the Global AI team, designing, developing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable value.Initially focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLM-based applications, you will take solutions from experimentation to production while helping build scalable, enterprise-ready AI capabilitiesResponsibilitiesAnalyze business challenges and transformation opportunities, translating them into effective AI-driven solutionsAssess and select the most appropriate AI approach (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Agentic AI or hybrid solutions) for each business use caseExecute end-to-end AI projects, from discovery, experimentation and prototyping through to production deployment and business adoptionDesign, integrate and deploy scalable AI solutions in enterprise environmentsSupport the first wave of business transformation initiatives within Finance, while building reusable AI assets and best practices that can be applied across other business domainsEnsure AI solutions meet performance, robustness, scalability, security and maintainability requirementsDeploy AI solutions into production environments and support model monitoring, retraining and lifecycle managementAdhere to architectural, security and AI governance standards defined by the Global AI DepartmentContinuously explore and evaluate emerging AI techniques, models and technologies, assessing their applicability within enterprise environmentsContribute to proofs of concept, technical evaluations and reusable delivery patternsShare technical insights and recommendations with both business and technical stakeholdersRequirementsMust Have5+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, with a solid foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and/or Data Science.Within this experience, 1-2 years of hands?on work with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions applied to real business use casesProven experience taking AI solutions from experimentation or proof of concept through to production deploymentStrong Python skills and practical experience with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similarAbility to understand business challenges and translate them into practical, scalable AI solutionsExperience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in enterprise environmentsProfessional working proficiency in English and SpanishNice to HaveExperience with AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud PlatformKnowledge of agentic protocols such as A2A and MCPRelevant cloud or AI certificationsExperience in banking, retail, pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing environmentsExposure to AI-enabled business process transformation with measurable impactExperience working in global corporate environmentsIf you’re ready to help shape the future of enterprise AI as part of a Global AI team, we’d love to hear from you!#J-*****-Ljbffr

Must Have 5+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, with a solid foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and/or Data Science.
