Our client is a global industry leader undergoing a major AI-driven transformation.As part of its Global AI strategy, the company is investing in enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate business transformation, improve decision-making and unlock value across the organization.Joining the Global AI team means becoming part of a strategic function focused on delivering scalable, production-ready AI solutions with real business impactAbout the RoleAs an AI Engineer, you will join the Global AI team, designing, developing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable value.Initially focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLM-based applications, you will take solutions from experimentation to production while helping build scalable, enterprise-ready AI capabilitiesResponsibilitiesAnalyze business challenges and transformation opportunities, translating them into effective AI-driven solutionsAssess and select the most appropriate AI approach (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Agentic AI or hybrid solutions) for each business use caseExecute end-to-end AI projects, from discovery, experimentation and prototyping through to production deployment and business adoptionDesign, integrate and deploy scalable AI solutions in enterprise environmentsSupport the first wave of business transformation initiatives within Finance, while building reusable AI assets and best practices that can be applied across other business domainsEnsure AI solutions meet performance, robustness, scalability, security and maintainability requirementsDeploy AI solutions into production environments and support model monitoring, retraining and lifecycle managementAdhere to architectural, security and AI governance standards defined by the Global AI DepartmentContinuously explore and evaluate emerging AI techniques, models and technologies, assessing their applicability within enterprise environmentsContribute to proofs of concept, technical evaluations and reusable delivery patternsShare technical insights and recommendations with both business and technical stakeholdersRequirementsMust Have5+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer1-2 years of hands-on experience delivering GenAI / Agentic AI solutions for real business use casesStrong hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning and/or Computer VisionProven experience taking AI solutions from proof of concept to production deploymentHands-on experience working with LLM ecosystems such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Amazon Bedrock and Hugging FaceExperience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworksKnowledge of agentic protocols such as MCP and A2AStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutionsPragmatic mindset focused on delivering measurable business valueProfessional working proficiency in English and SpanishNice to HaveExperience building enterprise AI capabilities across different business functionsExperience within industrial or manufacturing environmentsExperience with MLOps, model monitoring and AI lifecycle managementCloud certifications (AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform)Knowledge of German and/or FrenchIf you’re ready to help shape the future of enterprise AI as part of a Global AI team, we’d love to hear from you!#J-*****-Ljbffr
