Asana Routing

Job description

is seeking a Senior Project Manager of E-Commerce, Performance & Product. This position owns every project queue running through the e-commerce and performance organization - development, design, SEO, ads, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives. They are the first point of contact for incoming requests, the person who scopes and routes work, and the operator who drives execution to delivery across every internal team and external partner. They are the VP’s operational right hand for everything that isn’t direct performance management or strategy., Project Queues

  • Development queue - own the prioritization, scoping, and delivery of every dev request. Coordinate directly with the development team to keep work moving, surface blockers, and ensure releases ship
  • Design queue - manage all incoming design work across landing pages, ad creative, lifecycle, and brand-adjacent needs. Brief designers, run reviews, hold the line on quality and timing
  • Project queue - the master view of every initiative in flight across the function. You are the single source of truth
  • SEO project queue - own the operational rollout of SEO initiatives. Coordinate with content, dev, and external partners to execute against the roadmap
  • Ad deployments - manage the operational side of ad launches: creative briefing, asset delivery, compliance and brand review, launch coordination, post-launch QA

Product Launches

  • Own end-to-end execution of product launches
  • Build the launch playbook: pre-launch checklist, creative and asset prep, landing page build and QA, fulfillment coordination, paid scaling plan, post-launch monitoring
  • Coordinate across every team that touches a launch - dev, design, copy, performance, brand, ops, fulfillment partners - so the VP doesn’t have to
  • Own the operational side of every future launch under the e-commerce and performance organization

Inbound Triage & Routing

  • First point of contact for incoming project requests directed at the VP. When someone reaches out about a project, landing page, website issue, ad asset, or anything execution-related, the VP routes them to you and you take it from there
  • Hold the intake meeting: meet with the stakeholder, understand the ask, define scope, set timeline, identify owners and dependencies
  • Make the call on what fits the existing roadmap, what needs to be deprioritized, and what genuinely needs a VP-level decision before it moves
  • CC’d on relevant project emails so you have full context on what’s in flight without the VP needing to brief you transactionally

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Run the day-to-day interface with copywriting, design, development, brand, lifecycle, performance creative, and external partners
  • Coordinate with Brand (Rocio’s guidelines, Julie Matic’s integrated marketing function) on every customer-facing piece of work - own the brand review gate so it actually holds
  • Manage external partners on project execution: agencies, freelancers, UGC creators, dev contractors, partner brands
  • Run weekly cross-functional standups, surface blockers early, escalate only what genuinely needs the VP

Systems & Process

  • Own ClickUp (or equivalent) as the source of truth for every project queue. Make it reliable enough that the VP can see the state of the function in 60 seconds
  • Build the operational rails for recurring work - landing page production, ad creative request flow, dev release cycles, launch checklists - so routine projects run on a process, not on you manually pushing
  • Document SOPs for every repeatable workstream
  • Identify where execution is breaking and fix it without being asked. Process improvement is a continuous part of the job

Requirements

Do you have experience in Scope management?, * 6+ years of project or program management experience inside a DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing environment. You’ve done this at real scale - multiple queues, multiple stakeholders, real revenue impact

  • Track record running cross-functional execution across development, design, marketing, and external partners. Comfortable holding peers and senior contributors accountable without escalating to leadership
  • Systems builder, not a task chaser. You don’t push twenty landing pages by manually chasing each one; you build the rails so the routine ones move themselves and you focus on the high-stakes work
  • Strong scoping instincts - you can sit with a stakeholder for fifteen minutes and walk out with a brief, an owner, and a realistic timeline
  • Fluent in project management tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Linear, or equivalent) and opinionated about how it should be used
  • Comfortable being looped into a high-context environment quickly. You’ll be CC’d on a lot, sit in on the right meetings, and be expected to operate with judgment instead of waiting for instructions
  • Familiarity with regulated / healthcare-adjacent commerce is a plus (telehealth, supplements, wellness). Not required
  • Calm in fast scaling and ambiguity. Brello is not a steady-state organization

Benefits & conditions

$95,000 - $140,000 a year - Full-time, Pulled from the full job description

  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) matching
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance
  • Dental insurance
