IT Service Desk Technician

RSK Group are looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to join the Group IT Department on a full time basis working 40 hours pw. The team offer a great opportunity for development and career progression!

The successful candidate will be working on site in our London, Chancery Exchange office Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

Provide remote and on-site technical support (1st and 2nd line)

Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate issues promptly.

Install, upgrade, and update software.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, Procedures and security standards

Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for end users

Support mobile device management (MDM) and troubleshoot related issues.

Build and maintain strong customer service relationships with users based in the London office.

Collaborate with the IT team and assist with projects; occasional travel across the UK will be required and expected from time to time.

Minimum 3 years of professional IT experience

Familiarity with Service Desk ticketing systems

Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Android operating systems

Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications

Experience with remote support tools like TeamViewer

Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP and LAN/WAN)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Up to £33,000 depending on experience
