Job description

  • Du planst und konfigurierst IT-Systeme. Als Dienstleister im eigenen Haus richtest du diese Systeme entsprechend den Kundenanforderungen ein und verwaltest sie.
  • Bei auftretenden Störungen in den Systemen begrenzt und behebst du diese Fehler systematisch unter dem Einsatz von weiteren Experten und Diagnosesystemen.
  • Du berätst interne Anwender bei der Auswahl und beim Einsatz der Geräte und löst Anwendungs- und Systemprobleme.
  • Du erstellst Systemdokumentationen und führst Schulungen für die Benutzer durch.

  • Die theoretische Ausbildung findet im TGBBZ Saarbrücken statt.
  • Die praktische Ausbildung erfolgt in der EDV-Abteilung des Klinikums Saarbrücken.
  • Die Abteilung gehört der Klinikservice Saarbrücken GmbH an.
