The role

• Lead FI/CO teams and customer engagements
• Manage delivery and customer satisfaction
• Mentor consultants and future leaders
• Support capability and resource planning
• Contribute to proposals and business development
• Help develop the wider SAP Finance practice

• 6+ years SAP FI/CO experience
• Strong S/4HANA Finance background
• Experience leading teams or workstreams
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness
• B2+ German
