SAP FI/CO Manager

The role

• Take ownership of FI/CO delivery across key customer projects
• Act as a senior point of contact for finance stakeholders
• Lead workshops and support solution design
• Provide hands-on guidance across configuration and delivery
• Mentor and support consultants within the team
• Help manage priorities, quality and delivery across FI/CO workstreams
• Contribute to proposals, solution discussions and practice development

• 6+ years SAP FI/CO experience
• Strong hands-on FI/CO expertise
• Good experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Proven experience guiding or mentoring consultants
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating at Manager level while remaining hands-on
• B2+ German
