System Engineer

Analyze invoice, sales, and inventory data using Python, Tableau, and Power BI to monitor product performance, pricing tends, and order volumes.

Provide data-driven recommendations on pricing strategies, restocking plans, and product mix optimization to improve inventory efficiency and revenue outcomes.

Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

Demand Forecasting & Inventory Optimization

Evaluate customer purchasing behavior, historical dales data, and product trends to generate weekly and periodic demand forecasts.

Provide inventory adjustment and replenishment recommendations across multiple product lines, including cameras, NVRs, access control, and alarm systems.

Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to align inventory strategies with market demand.

Business Requirements Gathering & System Documentation

Work closely with sales representatives, project managers, and product teams to gather business and system requirements.

Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, workflow documentation, and system enhancement proposals for internal applications.

Support requirement validation and process testing prior to system updates and new feature releases.

System Monitoring & Issue Management

Identify, document, and analyze performance bottlenecks and technical issues in critical internal systems and applications.

Escalate system issues to external vendors and technology partners and track resolution progress.

Ensure system stability and high availability by minimizing downtime and maintaining reliable business operations.

Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination

Serve as a technical liaison between sales teams, product teams, and third-party vendors.

Coordinate system enhancements to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer feedback.

Support system upgrades, feature enhancements, and implementation of new data-driven solutions

Technical Support & Continuous improvement.

Provide technical support related to video surveillance systems, security solutions, networking equipment, and internal business systems.

participate in process optimization and system automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Contribute to the company’s transition toward advanced intelligent data and business system solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
