infraone ‘s purpose is to protect the critical infrastructure modern life depends on-from factories that produce essential goods to utilities and water supply-by providing world-class cybersecurity and network services to manufacturing environments.We deliver network and cybersecurity projects and maintain 24×7 support for leading manufacturers across Europe.Guided by the values of Ownership, Customers First, Trust, Ambition, and Excellence, we are building Europe’s leading OT-cybersecurity services firm.Relocation from other countries will not be available for this role!The Opportunity As a Senior Network & Security Engineer you will join the Network & Security team supporting some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in Europe.Your mission is to ensure the design, administration and reliability of the network technologies that support production processes, from core IT services to industrial infrastructure.You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the availability and robustness of networks that are critical to manufacturing continuity.Key Responsibilities Lead technical engagements: Drive the design, deployment, and integration of enterprise and industrial network solutions-firewalls, SASE, NAC, and switching-ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.Hands-on expertise: Act as a senior technical authority for complex network and security architectures, including segmentation, routing and switching, wireless, firewalls and secure remote access.Incident response & troubleshooting: Provide expert-level (L3) support, root cause analysis, and remediation for critical network incidents.Consulting & client advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them in assessing risks, designing robust network architectures and planning network evolutions.Technical leadership: Mentor and support junior engineer conduct technical reviews, and foster knowledge-sharing within the team.Continuous improvement: Identify emerging technologies, and methodologies to strengthen service delivery and develop new network services offerings.Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and technology partners to deliver high-quality, end-to-end network solutions.Future growth (mid-term): Develop the capability to independently manage projects, coordinate technical teams, and contribute to the growth of the Network & Security practice.Minimum Qualifications Higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles.Hands-on experience in Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Strong organizational and task prioritization skills Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Spanish is a Must Nice-to-Have Relevant technical certifications (CCNP, PCNSE, or similar) Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and validation requirements German Knowledge What Makes You Successful Here You are a self-driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in mission-critical environments.You enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, take pride in doing things right, and are motivated by supporting operations that keep industry moving.Benefits & Development Permanent contract with competitive salary Hybrid Policy: 2 days at our amazing office in Paseo de Gracia Flexible compensation Projects with leading pharmaceutical companies and essential infrastructure operators Opportunity to grow in a highly specialized team focused on IT and OT infrastructure Training and certification support in the leading network and security technologies we work with - the technical team drives the adoption of cutting-edge solutions and gets trained and certified in them Our Values Ownership: We take responsibility and make things happen.Customer First: We obsess over client value and outcomes.Trust: We operate with radical transparency and mutual trust - no egos, just honesty and reliability Ambition: We set bold goals and push boundaries.Excellence: We aim to be the best at what we do.
