Agile Project Manager

This position would suit an established Agile delivery professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working closely with stakeholders at all levels, and is passionate about delivering tangible value through modern product and delivery approaches., Working closely with Product Owners, technology teams and senior business stakeholders, you’ll lead the delivery of strategic digital initiatives while supporting the organisation’s ongoing transition from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile ways of working., * Leading the delivery of web, mobile and customer-facing digital products

• Driving Agile delivery practices across multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting product roadmap execution alongside Product Owners and business leaders
• Managing risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery milestones
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers
• Providing clear delivery reporting and updates to senior leadership
• Championing collaborative, outcome-focused ways of working

You’ll bring:

• Significant experience in Agile Project Management, Agile Delivery Management or a similar role
• A proven track record of delivering digital, web and mobile application projects
• Strong experience working within Agile environments and influencing Agile adoption
• Experience working alongside Product Owners and supporting strategic product initiatives
• Strong planning, coordination and delivery management capabilities
• The confidence to challenge constructively and drive progress where required
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset

Experience within critical infrastructure, transport, utilities or other essential service environments would be advantageous, though candidates from a range of industry backgrounds will be considered.
