Job description
We’re hiring a Game Producer to be the engine that keeps the team moving. You’ll own the production process end to end: turning ownership’s vision and community feedback into a roadmap, breaking it into tasks, assigning work across contractors, and shipping on our two-week cadence. What you’ll do
- Own the bi-weekly update pipeline: scoping, sprint planning, standups, QA coordination, release checklist, post-launch retro
- Keep Trello and our other PM tools current so ownership and contractors always know what’s in flight, who’s on it, and when it lands
- Divvy up roadmap work across ~20 contractors by skillset and capacity; track progress and unblock people daily
- Coordinate the roadmap with ownership and help define it, using analytics (retention, session length, monetization) to prioritize
- Mine our community Discord for feedback and turn it into organized, actionable tickets
- Ideate and schedule events, seasonal content, and engagement-driven releases (double-money weekends, codes, limited-time drops)
- Partner with our community manager on update comms, patch notes, and launch timing
- Manage cross-discipline dependencies and flag risk early: scope creep, slipping tasks, missing assets
- Support contractor ops: hour approvals in Clockify, onboarding new hires into the workflow, keeping docs current
- Deliver a weekly status report to ownership, * Update your CV if needed, proofread, and fix any errors.
- Make sure your CV reflects and highlights the main skills required for the job.
- Take some time to research the company, try to understand their kind of games and work culture.
- Write a cover letter. This is your chance to draw their attention. Show why you’re a good candidate, and you can show you have researched their company and why you’re interested in applying.
- Make sure to include your portfolio link if you have one. Any open source projects might be of great value as well. If you don’t have a portfolio, you should consider making one in the future.
Requirements
- Roblox-native: you’ve shipped or contributed to live Roblox experiences and understand the platform’s dev, live-ops, and community dynamics
- Producer / PM credits on other projects; experience at a larger studio is a plus
- Agile/Scrum experience running sprints for a distributed team
- Organized, direct, proactive communicator who’s comfortable holding people accountable
- Available during US business hours (PST-EST overlap); ideally full-time
