Job description

As a Warehouse Inventory Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are managed with precision to keep production running smoothly. You will take ownership of inventory accuracy and warehouse organization, directly impacting our ability to meet customer demands and operational efficiency goals. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt, verification, and systematic logging of all incoming components and finished products.
  • Drive inventory integrity by conducting routine cycle counts and performing detailed physical audits.
  • Proactively identify and resolve stock discrepancies to maintain high levels of data accuracy.
  • Execute precise inventory transactions within ERP and WMS platforms to ensure real-time visibility.
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization by organizing materials and maintaining clear labeling for traceability.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and stage materials for production or shipment.
  • Collaborate with production teams to fulfill material requests and manage the return of unused stock.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ERP or WMS software for tracking inventory movements.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management., * Prior experience with enterprise-level systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • In-depth understanding of cycle counting methodologies and inventory best practices.
  • Current forklift certification or the aptitude to quickly obtain one.
