Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive offensive security engagements and lead a respected cyber security practice.You will guide a team of security specialists, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and shape service offerings and growth initiatives.You’ll solve complex security challenges across clients while advancing methodologies and capabilities.This position combines hands-on offensive security expertise with strategic leadership to influence delivery and market direction.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing offensive security consulting team with clear career paths * Oversee delivery of penetration testing, red teaming and similar engagements to ensure quality and client satisfaction * Partner with clients to understand security challenges and provide expert guidance to improve cyber resilience * Support business growth through pre-sales, solution design, scoping and commercial decision-making * Drive continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and knowledge sharing within the practice Responsabilidades * Proven experience leading and mentoring technical consulting or cyber security teams * Deep expertise in offensive security, penetration testing, red teaming, or related disciplines * Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes * Experience supporting client engagements, solution design, scoping, and pre-sales activities * Commitment to continuous learning and collaboration * Relevant cyber security qualifications/certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, CRTO or GXPN) and leadership experience is highly regarded * Australian Defence Roles u** Security clearance eligibility (citizenship and clearance process) Requisitos principales * Hybrid and flexible working options * Paid parental leave and family support * Birthday leave * Novated lease options * Ongoing personal and professional development opportunities * Sonder - Wellbeing and Support partner
