EMEA Adobe Technical Presales Specialist (French speaker)

internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate with the sales team to design and configure vendor solutions, including defining a Bill of Materials to meet customer requirements.* Provide outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).* Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.* Address product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers.* Maintain peer-level technical contacts within assigned vendors.* Achieve the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology groups and obtain any necessary vendor-related accreditations.* Support the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to enhance sales activity and improve partner utilization rates.* **Deliver technical support for presales, including proofs of concept
