Job description

Designing, engineering, and documenting advanced configurations for Windows servers and Office 365.
Leading complex server migrations, installations, and decommissions.
Developing hybrid on-premise and Azure environments that drive business success.
Providing mentorship to junior IT team members and influencing technical strategy.
Configuring and troubleshooting enterprise storage, backup solutions, and disaster recovery procedures.
Supporting multi-software applications and collaborating with third-party vendors.
Automating processes with PowerShell scripting for efficient operations.

Requirements

Deep expertise in Windows servers, Office 365, and Azure hybrid configurations.
At least 7 years of related experience.
Advanced knowledge of SAN/NAS storage, RAID configurations, and backup strategies.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell).
Exceptional communication skills to interface with stakeholders and leadership.
Certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly preferred.
