Senior Infrastructure Engineer

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and evolving a large-scale hybrid infrastructure spanning private cloud and Azure environments, while ensuring backup, recovery, and disaster recovery capabilities meet demanding operational and regulatory requirements., * Support and maintain large-scale VMware and private cloud environments

• Lead backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities
• Act as a senior escalation point for infrastructure incidents
• Drive root cause analysis and service improvements
• Mentor and guide junior engineers
• Support infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle management, and project delivery
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders

• Enterprise backup experience (Veeam, CommAct, Rubrik or similar)
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity knowledge
• Experience supporting complex infrastructure environments
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
• Experience mentoring or leading other engineers
• Azure and hybrid cloud exposure beneficial
• MSP or regulated industry experience advantageous
