People Systems and Data Analyst

Are you passionate about using people data to create meaningful insight and support better decision-making? We’re looking for a People Systems and Data Analyst to join our People team, helping us develop accurate, accessible and compliant management information, dashboards and reporting processes. This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across TfGM, translating workforce data into clear insight that supports our people priorities, improves data quality and helps shape how we plan for the future., In this role, you’ll analyse complex workforce and people data from a range of systems, including HR, recruitment, payroll, absence, establishment and workforce planning sources. You’ll develop and maintain reports, dashboards and datasets, using tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI and people-related systems. You’ll also support data quality, system improvements, testing and reporting processes, providing clear and accessible insight to help managers and stakeholders understand trends, risks, opportunities and future workforce needs., If you believe you have the skills and experience required, we’d really like to hear from you. You’ll bring experience of extracting, manipulating, validating and presenting data using reporting and data visualisation tools. You’ll be confident working with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements, agree outputs and explain technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. A logical, systematic and innovative approach to problem-solving is important, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload. Experience of Power BI, Power Automate or a programming language would be helpful, but is not essential.

A permanent role with a salary of £36,198 - £41,281 per annum depending on skills and experience.
