Job description

Leadthe design and implementation of highly-available and scalable featuresacross the full application stack using C#/.NET and Next.js/React.
Architectand optimise backend APIs, microservices, and data models using C# toensure high performance and reliability.
Developresponsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces using Next.js,focusing on server-side rendering (SSR) and static generation (SSG) foroptimal user experience.
Managedeployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications using core GoogleCloud Platform (GCP) services.
Activelyparticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, dailystand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Providetechnical guidance, perform rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior andmid-level developers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
Collaborateeffectively with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

This role is critical to our continuous delivery pipeline, and the ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and Agile setting., * 5+years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2years in a Senior or Lead Full Stack role.

Expertisein C# and the .NET framework for building robust, scalable backendservices and APIs.
Strongproficiency with Next.js and React for building modern, high-performanceweb applications.
Demonstratedexperience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications on GoogleCloud Platform (GCP).
Provenability to work effectively in a highly structured Agile developmentmethodology.
Excellentproblem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and a commitment towriting clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Fluencyin Russian is required to effectively communicate and collaborate withcore team members and stakeholders., * Experiencewith advanced Next.js features.
Familiaritywith Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, specificallywithin the GCP ecosystem.
Priorexperience with containerisation technologies such as Docker andorchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Experiencewith messaging queues or streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).
