Integration von Sicherheitsfeatures sowie die Wartung und Administration von Servern, inkl. Direkter Ansprechpartner bei Software- und Hardwareanfragen Übernahme des 2nd Supports, inkl. Mitwirkung am Störungsmanagement und die damit verbundene Fehlereingrenzung und Fehlerbehebung Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der verschiedenen IT-Systeme Installation und Konfiguration von eingesetzten Clients Pflege und Erstellung von Dokumentationen sowie die Annahme von organisatorischen und beratungsrelevanten Tätigkeiten
Requirements
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundensupport sowie in der Administration von Clients, Server und Terminalserver Infrastrukturen Erfahrung im Umgang mit Linux Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Technische Affinität sowie ein kundenorientiertes Auftreten und analytisches Denkvermögen
