Full Stack Engineer

We’re working with an established technology organisation that’s investing heavily in the evolution of its platform and engineering capabilities. As part of this transformation, they’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help shape architecture, deliver customer-facing products, and drive modern engineering practices.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and delivering features across the full technology stack
• Designing scalable APIs, backend services, and user-facing applications
• Working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to bring ideas to life
• Taking ownership of system reliability, observability, and production support
• Leading technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions
• Mentoring engineers and supporting technical growth across the team
• Contributing to platform modernisation and the migration of legacy systems
• Using modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality

• 6+ years’ experience building and delivering production software
• Strong experience with React, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks
• Solid backend development capabilities with C#/.NET preferred (Java, Kotlin, Go or similar also considered)
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL
• Experience building and deploying applications within AWS environments
• CI/CD and modern software delivery experience
• Strong testing mindset and experience with automated testing
• Experience mentoring developers and influencing technical decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, * Experience with platform modernisation or migration programmes
• Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and responsive design principles
• Experience incorporating AI-assisted tooling into engineering workflows
