Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a growing engineering team at a fast-moving B2B SaaS scale-up.

The company is building technology that helps businesses manage complex, data-heavy processes more efficiently. Already used by thousands of customers, the platform is continuing to scale, bringing plenty of interesting technical and product challenges.

This role suits someone who wants real influence over technical direction. You’ll be helping decide what gets built and how, working closely with Product and Design rather than simply picking up tickets.

You’ll work end to end across the stack using TypeScript, Node.js and Vue/React, owning features from initial idea through to production while helping raise the technical bar across the wider team.

What you’ll be working on:

• Designing and delivering high-impact, customer-facing features that are clean, scalable, and built to last.
• Owning your work end to end, from initial idea through to production.
• Working closely with Product, Design, and customers to shape both what gets built and how.
• Maintaining, optimising, and securing systems so they perform well at scale.
• Leading on tricky technical challenges and turning complex problems into maintainable solutions.
• Mentoring other engineers and sharing knowledge across the team.
• Keeping the team’s tools, trends, and practices sharp as the stack evolves.

• 6+ Years hands-on experience across full stack engineering
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems.
• A product mindset, thinking beyond code to customer impact and business goals.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, and product.
• Clear communication. Ability to explain technical decisions simply and give constructive feedback.
• A supportive, humble approach to team culture; comfortable mentoring others., * Raising engineering standards as the team scales.
• Shaping the technical direction of a platform relied on by thousands of customers.
• Working in a collaborative setup with direct input into product decisions, not just execution.
