• Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders at the counter or table
• Operate POS systems, TOAST, for sales transactions and cash register operations
• Prepare slices for customers
• Manage customer orders efficiently using food service customer order management systems to ensure quick service
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness protocols including wiping down glass windows, cleaning tables, and cleaning bathrooms
• Complete side work such as silverware wraps, filling napkins, filling seasoning shakers, restocking, and organizing you space
• Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash register operations and processing cash handling tasks (must know coins vaule)

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems, specifially TOAST is required; must be good with computers
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Must be able and willing to learn our menu
• Listen and follow directions
• Able to work well with others and give direction as necessary
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Food industry or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
