Job description

Telefonische Störungsaufnahme, inklusive technische Qualifizierung und Dokumentation aller Vorgänge im Ticketsystem Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung neuer Hard- und Softwarekomponenten Verantwortung für die Administration der Windows-Servern, Netzwerkkomponenten und Storage Systemen Durchsetzung von konzerninternen IT-Standards und Richtlinien des Weiteren die Vergabe von Passwörtern sowie Entsperrung von Useraccounts Umsetzung und Überwachung von IT-Security-Richtlinien

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Kenntnisse aktueller MS-Betriebssysteme, Netzwerktechnik und Microsoft Active Directory Deutschkenntnisse im Muttersprachler Niveau Präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Service- und Kundenorientierung
