Job description

Zuständigkeit für den 1st und 2nd Level Support Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung der eingehenden Störungsmeldungen (Remote und Vor-Ort-Support) Softwareinstallation sowie die Durchführung von Updates Durchführung von Roll-Outs Austausch, Wartung und Beschaffung von Hardware und Peripherie

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich Erste Berufserfahrung im Support Gute Englischkenntnisse Technisches Verständnis sowie generelle IT-Affinität Selbstständige, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
