Support Engineer

Join a team delivering secure digital solutions in highly classified environments. As a Support Engineer, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support, resolve technical issues, and help maintain critical platforms that enable mission success.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support across secure environments
• Manage incidents, service requests, and monitoring alerts
• Support users remotely and desk-side
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory
• Provision devices and onboard users
• Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous service improvement, * Work on impactful projects within secure, mission-critical environments
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and architects
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory administration
• Intune and endpoint management experience
• PowerShell knowledge
• Device provisioning and user onboarding experience
• Understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, and security best practices
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Atlassian
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Windows Server administration
• JAMF or other macOS MDM tools
• Group Policy experience
• PowerShell scripting
