Betreuung und Wartung von Hard- und Software in der Unternehmens-IT Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen, Netzwerken und Peripheriegeräten 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support (vor Ort und remote) Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen und Systemanpassungen Mitwirkung bei Rollouts und Projekten

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) (Systemintegration) oder vergleichbar Erfahrung im IT-Support oder als Servicetechniker (m/w/d) Kenntnisse in Windows, MS Office, Netzwerktechnik Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Freundliches Auftreten, lösungsorientiertes Denken
