Job description

Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung bei technischen Problemen Dokumentation der Supportfälle und Weiterleitung an Fachabteilungen Schulung und Unterstßtzung von Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) fĂźr Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support, insbesondere in der Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung
  • Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Office 365 und grundlegenden Netzwerktechnologien
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten
