Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen im 1st-Level-Support Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software Benutzerverwaltung und Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten Dokumentation von Supportvorgängen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Systemen und MS Office Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
