Lead Data Center Technicians / Foremen

TEKsystems is seeking experienced Lead Data Center Technicians / Foremen to support a major data center construction project in El Paso, TX. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage crews, coordinate daily installation activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards., * Lead and supervise installation teams ranging from 6 to 20+ technicians.

• Coordinate and assign daily work activities for field crews.
• Install and support structured cabling systems, including:
• OSP Fiber
• ISP Fiber
• Cat6 Cabling
• Cable Tray Systems
• J-Hooks and pathway infrastructure
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project documentation.
• Ensure technicians have the necessary tools, materials, and equipment to perform assigned tasks.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide daily progress updates and feedback to Site Superintendents.
• Coordinate manpower needs and staffing adjustments based on project requirements.
• Address field issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relationships with customers and other trades.
