Senior Low-Latency Java Engineer

We are seeking a top-tier Low-Latency Java Engineer to join a multi-year, mission-critical engagement building next-generation electronic trading platforms. Operating across either Foreign Exchange (FX) or Cash Equities domains, you will architect and build ultra-fast, commercial-grade, event-sourced microservices from the ground up. You will tackle massive scale and deterministic latency, ensuring systems operate flawlessly under severe market volatility., * Engineer extreme-performance, mission-critical Java frameworks based on event-sourcing architectures.

• Conduct relentless performance assessments, JVM tuning, and system profiling at the OS, JVM, and application layers.
• Collaborate directly with quantitative and front-office stakeholders, utilizing high EQ to communicate complex architectural decisions clearly.
• Produce clear diagrammatic documentation and model key system aspects using UML sequence diagrams.
