This position is responsible for all aspects of network administration support including servers, desktop systems, hardware/software and office systems. In addition, the role will involve using your knowledge of various information security technologies to provide technical security advice, and influence design, policy and strategy., * Network administration and preventive maintenance (including firewalls, servers, backup, security management, user account management, e-mail accounts and server configuration, internet access, office systems and applications support).

• Monitor IT network to ensure availability to all users.
• Follow security trends and stay abreast of technology changes.
• Roll out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
• Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.
• Align IT risk management within IT productivity objectives.
• Perform technology needs analysis.

Do you have experience in IT department experience?, * Solid knowledge of computer networking

• 2 years’ experience handing mid-large size organization IT support to include Microsoft 365, Windows Operating System, Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM is preferred.
• Configuration/security/manufacturer updates strongly desired.

Skills & Abilities:

• Reading Comprehension - ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, technical procedures, or regulations.

• Possess influencing skills as well as the ability to present complex situations in a clear and simple way
• Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively, Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Other languages are an asset.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to get things done
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration skills, * IT Specialist: 2 years (Required)
