Engineer - Ai Platform

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design and deliver core components of Ebury’s Agentic Data Plane, enabling safe, scalable AI-enabled products.You will work with the Data Platform and cross-functional teams to ship platform capabilities and uphold governance.You’ll drive observability, secure tool usage, and integration with the data foundations.This is a hands-on, high-impact role at a fast-growing fintech focused on global expansion and innovation.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Design and deliver core components of the Agentic Data Plane (A2A, Agent Tool Registry, governed data access).* Build platform primitives for secure tool coordination with policy guardrails and audit logging.* Provide end-to-end observability for agentic products (data dependencies, traces, signals, accountability).* Integrate ADP with Data Platform foundations (catalog, metadata, data warehouse, vector retrieval).* Collaborate with domain teams to onboard pilot agents and promote platform standards.* Explore and implement emerging technologies (LLMs, prompt safety, agent memory) to enhance the platform.Responsabilidades * Platform engineering experience building internal platforms for multiple engineering teams.* Strong software engineering fundamentals (API design, reliability, testing, operability).* Experience building secure systems: authentication/authorization, audit logs, least-privilege access, governance controls.* Hands-on experience operating production services on GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions).* Proficiency in Python for building platform services and tooling.* Experience with agentic or LLM-based systems in production (evaluation, drift monitoring, prompt safety) is a plus.* Familiarity with data governance concepts (lineage, traceability, access controls).* Fluency in English (Spanish a plus).Requisitos principales * Competitive salary and benefits package * Discretionary bonus based on performance * Personal development through training and certification * Open Source friendly
