Senior Full Stack Engineer (Realtime & Voice) Customer Experience Platform

Experteer Overview In this role you will anchor HTS Assist, Hopper’s agentic travel assistant, by owning the real-time and voice layer end-to-end.You’ll build across React/TypeScript front ends, Scala and Python services, and cloud infrastructure to serve multiple partners from one codebase.You’ll shape scalable, multi-tenant platforms, implement safety/compliance guardrails, and drive reliable, low-latency experiences from code to customer touchpoints.This is a high-ownership, impact-driven opportunity in a fast-growing fintech travel platform.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Own the voice channel end-to-end, including telephony and CPaaS integrations (e.g., Twilio, Amazon Connect) and streaming speech-to-text/text-to-speech pipelines * Build product features across the stack: React/TypeScript front ends, Scala and Python backends, and GCP infrastructure * Design for multi-tenant scale with a single codebase configured for partners * Develop safety and compliance plumbing (guardrails, content filtering, PII redaction) * Maintain healthy deployments via observability, alerting, incident response, and SLA monitoring * Configure and deploy platform capabilities for partner telephony integrations and go-lives * Elevate engineering standards through code reviews, architecture reviews, and mentoring Responsabilidades * 6+ years of software engineering with ownership of production systems * Hands-on realtime systems experience (voice applications, WebRTC/SIP, streaming media) * Strong frontend with React/TypeScript and backend with Scala and/or Python; cloud experience (GCP or AWS) * Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, or event-driven systems * Familiarity with AI coding tools and ability to review/correct code released * Operable-systems mindset: SLAs, observability, on-call, rollback plans * Strong problem-solving, pragmatic tradeoffs, and cross-functional communication with product/design/ops Requisitos principales * competitive salary * private medical and dental coverage * private life and accident coverage * unlimited PTO * FlexDesk on demand and home office stipend * gym and home office stipend
