Job description
- Design scalable and highly available TIBCO integration architectures.
- Lead TIBCO BW/BW6 integration development and migration initiatives.
- Define integration patterns, standards and best practices.
- Design REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
- Work with application, infrastructure and business teams to define technical solutions.
- Review code and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Troubleshoot performance and production issues.

Requirements
- Strong experience with TIBCO BW / BusinessWorks 5 & 6
- TIBCO EMS and messaging
- TIBCO BusinessEvents / integration technologies
- Strong SOA, ESB, API and Microservices architecture experience
- REST/SOAP Web Services
- XML, XSD, JSON, WSDL
- Strong Java fundamentals
- Experience with Oracle/SQL and database integration
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions
- Strong understanding of Kafka or other messaging platforms
- Cloud integration experience with AWS/Azure
- CI/CD using Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning and production support experience
