Senior Systems Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to support a major Data Migration and SaaS implementation project within the financial services environment.

The role will support the replacement of a legacy collections platform with a new SaaS solution, with a strong focus on data migration, systems integration, operational readiness and SaaS configuration. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support data migration activities, including data mapping between legacy and new systems.
• Analyse complex business and technical requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Support SaaS configuration across functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, backlog items and refinements.
• Support solution design and development across internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support implementation, operational readiness and transition into live service.
• Work with external suppliers to ensure delivery against requirements and agreed SLAs.
• Operate effectively within an Agile delivery environment and complex legacy systems landscape.
• Support stakeholders across multiple markets and functions.

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, ideally with 10+ years’ IT experience.
• Strong experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Significant hands-on experience with Data Migration and Data Mapping.
• Strong Systems/Business Analysis qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience within Financial Services, with automotive experience advantageous.
• Experience working with legacy systems and SaaS solutions.
• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, systems integration and implementation.
• Experience working with vendors and third-party technology providers.
• Agile experience; PRINCE2 or PMP desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within complex, enterprise-scale technology environments.
