Product Owner

• Own and manage the product backlog for your product area
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prioritise work to maximise customer and commercial value
• Work closely with Engineering teams through sprint planning, refinement and delivery activities
• Help define release scope and contribute to release planning
• Monitor progress against delivery plans and communicate risks and dependencies
• Facilitate customer engagement activities, including demonstrations, feedback sessions and focus groups
• Support go-to-market activities and product launches
• Develop deep domain expertise and confidently demonstrate product capabilities to stakeholders
• Represent Product Management in day-to-day delivery decisions

• Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to analyse requirements, identify risks and make informed decisions
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods including Scrum
• Experience prioritising and managing product backlogs
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Aha! or similar product management platforms
• Ability to work effectively within changing priorities and evolving business needs
• A collaborative approach combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
