Product Owner

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Product Owner to join an established Product team and play a key role in the evolution of a successful enterprise software platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a core product area and manage the full product lifecycle - from understanding customer needs and defining requirements, through to delivery, release, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with Product Managers, Scrum teams, designers, and stakeholders, you will help translate product strategy into valuable features that deliver real impact for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a key product area, driving features from concept through to release
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog, balancing value, strategy, and technical considerations
• Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to support planning, refinement, and delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Support solution design discussions with product and technical teams
• Manage product issues, improvements, and feature enhancements
• Communicate progress, priorities, and outcomes clearly across teams

We are looking for a proactive Product Owner who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and working closely with both technical and business teams.

You will be comfortable translating ideas into actionable requirements, influencing delivery teams, and ensuring products continue to evolve based on customer and business needs.

We are open to individuals with strong internal product experience who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.

Essential Experience

• Experience working in a Product Owner role
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum ways of working
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to gather requirements, define user needs, and prioritise effectively
• Comfortable discussing high-level technical concepts with engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Desirable Experience

• Product Owner certification (PSPO or similar)
• Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS, or ERP platforms
• Experience managing client relationships
• Exposure to complex business systems or industry-specific software
