Requirements
Demonstrated experience across the full Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Experience delivering large-scale, end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Omni-Channel, including configuration, development, and implementation.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components, including:
- OmniScript
- DataRaptor
- FlexCards
- Integration Procedures
- Experience with Omni-Channel routing, including queues, skills-based routing, presence/status configuration, and agent workload management.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, OOP, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce design patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, security, automation, Knowledge, Experience Cloud, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Strong experience designing and developing REST API integrations using MuleSoft, Kafka, or other event-driven integration platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or AI technologies, including AI-powered agents, generative AI, prompt engineering, AI automation, or integration of AI services with Salesforce.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, AI security, data grounding, and Salesforce AI capabilities is a plus.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience establishing CI/CD and Salesforce deployment pipelines using Git, Copado, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with Jira, Git, VS Code, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong experience with Salesforce testing, debugging, performance optimization, governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous Apex.
- Strong experience supporting Salesforce production environments and resolving complex technical issues.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, architecture, and collaboration skills.
