Senior IGA Engineer

As a Senior IGA Engineer, you’ll be heavily involved in delivering end-to-end identity governance solutions, with scope to take on more design responsibility depending on your experience., * Hands-on delivery of SailPoint-based IGA platforms

• Designing and improving joiner, mover and leaver processes
• Integrating identity platforms with HR systems, Entra ID / AD and business apps
• Building workflows, policies and automated provisioning logic
• Supporting wider access management, SSO and MFA initiatives
• Diagnosing and resolving complex identity and access issues
• Working directly with security, IT and business stakeholders to refine requirements

You’re an IAM / IGA professional who enjoys working close to the technology and understands how identity platforms operate in real enterprise environments., * Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint in production environments

• Solid understanding of identity governance concepts and compliance drivers
• Experience integrating identity tools into cloud and on-prem estates
• Knowledge of authentication, federation and access control models
• Some scripting or automation experience around identity workflows
• Confidence working in client-facing or delivery-focused teams

To reach the higher end of the banding, you should also bring:

• Experience contributing to solution design or architecture decisions
• Strong grasp of enterprise IAM patterns and system dependenciesAbility to lead technical discussions and guide delivery direction

• Salary £55,000 - £80,000 depending on technical and design responsibility
