IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a variety of technology initiatives supporting both internal business operations and customer-facing projects. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while driving successful project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives., * Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.

• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance initiatives involving transportation and operational systems.
• Manage customer-facing technology projects including system integrations, onboarding efforts, and implementation activities.
• Partner with vendors and third-party providers to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive change management, user adoption, training, and process improvement efforts.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in a complex business environment.
• Proven experience leading software, application, integration, or business systems projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams., * Exposure to Transportation Management Systems (TMS), fleet management platforms, ERP systems, or enterprise business applications.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party implementations.
• PMP, Agile, or related project management certification.
