Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join a dynamic development team. The role involves designing and developing high-quality software solutions, improving processes, and contributing to Agile methodologies. You’ll work with stakeholders to define requirements, mentor junior developers, and ensure software exceeds industry standards., * Design and develop software solutions.

  • Identify improvements for products and processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and support recruitment/training.
  • Champion Agile practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure high-quality software through code reviews and testing.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Python (Flask/FastAPI), Vue.js, microservice architecture, and related tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Passion for learning new technologies.

Benefits & conditions

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + bonus
