Data Analyst Germany

In this position you will get to work with extensive hotel datasets to empower our management to take the right strategic decisions and guide our Sales and Ops teams to the perfect opportunity.

You must bring a hacker mindset, be adept at data analysis and have some programming experience to help us automate our processes and set up a robust analysis framework that supports our growth at scale.

At this phase we need your creativity and problem-solving attitude to integrate a multitude of data sources, then come up with meaningful indicators that help us focus on the right market and the right lead and also implement and validate these. As we are growing fast, you must be ready to take some responsibility, however, you’ll always have the support of our world class engineers and industry experts

Responsibilities:

Support Sales Team with digital infrastructure, hot Leads and spot-on data driven pitch documents:

• Help us plug in new Lead sources, set up a system to spot duplicates and ensure high quality
• Contribute to a robust system to score and prioritize Leads
• Be part of setting up processes and data flows in our CRM system, powering up Sales, Management and our own next analysis

Work with Management to plan market entrance strategy:

• Evaluate and prioritize markets based on industry data and your insights
• Identify relevant indicators and coordinate with external information providers to get a full market overview

Support Operations by providing insights into day to day business

• Spot anomalies in daily operations and propose solutions how to address identified root causes

• Candidate should have more than 4 years of experience in similar capacity
• Programming and data wrangling experience, preferably in R or python
• In addition to stellar technical skills, candidate should bring strong analytical thinking and be able to think along and see the big picture
• This role will require certain creativity and hacker attitude
• Good communication skills, verbal and written English
