Application Programmer :: Dover, DE (Onsite)

Seeking an Application Programmer responsible for analysis, design, coding, and testing of application code. This role involves maintenance, enhancement, and development work. The programmer collaborates with the Functional Architect and Technical Architecture Specialist to ensure that design and code meet customer requirements. Responsibilities:

• Enhance and develop programs and fix production problems using programming standards. Conduct testing and participate in code reviews.
• Execute required process steps and create operational documentation. Use necessary tools to create, test, and implement applications.
• Support application releases into production. Provide status updates, complete tasks, and assist in managing Application Team processes.
• Develop application designs supporting system specifications. Work with users to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Perform responsibilities with minimal supervision, anticipate and resolve team-specific issues, and manage time estimates and schedules.
