Varicent Architect

We are looking for an experienced Varicent Architect to lead the end-to-end implementation, architecture, integration, and support of Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) solutions.

9 10+ years of overall IT experience. * Strong hands-on experience with Varicent ICM. * Experience in Varicent implementation and solution architecture. * Strong experience gathering and analyzing business requirements. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans. * Experience conducting requirements workshops and documenting outcomes. * Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Varicent data models, workflows, and webforms. * Experience integrating Varicent with CRM, Sales Planning, and other enterprise systems. * Strong knowledge of coding, security, and database design best practices. * Experience providing technical leadership, troubleshooting, and production support. * Experience working in Agile environments. * Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
