Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Landscape Architecture Project Manager to lead innovative landscape design projects from conception through construction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape outdoor environments that blend aesthetic appeal with sustainable practices. As a key team member, you will oversee project planning, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality landscape solutions that meet client expectations and regulatory standards. Your expertise will drive the creative process while managing technical details, timelines, and budgets to bring visionary landscapes to life., * Lead the design development process using tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, Civil 3D, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling visualizations and detailed construction documents.

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and met throughout all phases.
  • Oversee site analysis using GIS platforms like ArcView and ArcGIS to inform sustainable design strategies and land use planning.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion within scope.
  • Conduct site surveys, land surveying, and soil analysis to support accurate design implementation.
  • Review construction drawings for accuracy and compliance with local codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
  • Supervise landscape installation activities including hardscape features, irrigation systems, horticulture elements, and landscaping details.
  • Prepare construction estimates, bid proposals, and project documentation while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to sustainable design principles by integrating eco-friendly materials, water-efficient irrigation systems, and low-impact construction practices.
  • Support landscape maintenance planning post-construction to guarantee long-term project success.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project stakeholder communication?, * Proven experience in landscape architecture or related fields with a strong portfolio demonstrating project management capabilities.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, ArcGIS/ArcView, Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of civil engineering principles including land surveying, grading, drainage design, and civil infrastructure integration.
  • Knowledge of horticulture practices relevant to sustainable landscaping and plant selection.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong drafting skills with an ability to produce clear technical drawings and presentation materials.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, consultants, and team members.
