Do you have experience in System architecture?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Centennial Technologies Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with foundational ServiceNow experience who are eager to grow their technical skills in a fast-paced federal consulting environment.
The Junior Developer will work under the guidance of senior developers and architects to implement platform enhancements, support system integrations, and contribute to workflow automation efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, willingness to learn, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience working with ServiceNow (internship experience acceptable)
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development concepts
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment, * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Exposure to additional modules such as:
- ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping)
- GRC/IRM
- HRSD or CSM
- Experience with:
- Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- REST/SOAP APIs and basic integrations
- CMDB structure and data relationships
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Experience supporting federal clients or working in a regulated environment
